The following terms and conditions apply to all Clients and Guests.

The Client is obliged to register in the hotel’s book and from this moment the Client becomes the Guest. In case of excursion tours there is a possibility that only the head of the excursion tour registers in the hotel’s book and must add the list of the other excursion tour members. This list must comprise first names, surnames, dates of births, permanent addresses and numbers of ID cards or passports numbers of the excursion tour members. As soon as this procedure is accomplished, the head of the excursion tour and all persons stated in the list become Guests. The head of the excursion tour receives and hands over the keys to the rooms and is responsible for adherence to these Hotel Accommodation Regulations by the excursion tour members.
On the day of arrival, the Guests may check-in at any time from 2:00 pm. On departure, the Guests must vacate their rooms and check-out no later than 10:00 am. A failure to comply with this entitles the Accommodation Provider to charge the Guest an additional night.
During the check-in, the Guest will receive the key to the room allocated to him/her.

2. Payment

The fee for the accommodation can be paid in cash during the check-in or on the basis of the invoice drawn by the Accommodation Provider. The accommodation can also be provided by submitting the accommodation voucher of the travel agency.

3. Key

When leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the lights, close and secure the windows and doors to the balcony and lock the room. The key to the room must be deposited at the porter’s lodge (reception desk) whenever the Guest leaves the Dormitory and at the time of the check-out.
The Guest will receive the key to the room allocated to him/her at the porter’s lodge (reception desk) at the Dormitory. The Guest shall be prepared to show his/her ID card or passport on request of the employee of the Accommodation Provider.

4. Electrical appliances

It is not allowed to connect any electrical equipment to the electrical circuits or installations of the Dormitory except the equipment for personal use such as notebooks, hair dryers, electric razors, digital cameras, video cameras, mobile phones and personal music players.

5. Visitors
